AGRICULTURE AND RODEO THEMED, EACH "LITTLE BUCKAROOS" PERFORMANCE STARS UP TO 15 KIDS WHO ARE SELECTED
FROM THE AUDIENCE BEFORE THE SHOW BEGINS; ANYONE IS WELCOME TO BE A PART OF THE SHOW!
KIDS ARE PROVIDED WITH THE CUTEST LITTLE ANIMAL COSTUMES AND ARE UP ON THEIR FEET SINGING AND DANCING THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PERFORMANCE. THEY ARE EACH GIVEN A CHANCE TO HAVE THEIR OWN TIME TO SHINE WITH A SOLO IN THE MICROPHONE! AT THE END OF THE SHOW THEY ARE ALL GIVEN A PRIZE TO TAKE HOME AND REMEMBER THEIR EXPERIENCE

LITTLE BUCKAROOS WILL BE ON OUR HERITAGE STAGE FRIDAY AND SATURDAY AT 12PM AND 6:30PM. AS WELL AS SUNDAY AT 12PM AND 7PM AND MONDAY AT 12PM. 

Monster Truck!

It is a worldwide recognized truck as we have been in the monster truck business  for over 20 years. Jurassic Attack is an established name as one of the favourites on Speed TV's Monster Jam series. 
Hot Wheels toys have made dozens of different products featuring our trucks.

They will be at the 2017 Strathmore Stampede all four days at 11am.

Prism & Rock Bottom Concert - Friday, July 29

Canadian Rock Legends Prism are coming to the Strathmore Stampede this year! Prism has won two Juno Awards, Album & Group of the Year. They preform at 9:00pm on Friday, July 29. Rock Bottom is the opening act for Prism! Rock Bottom originated in Calgary, AB and are now a well known band that play covers from: Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, Judas Priest, Whitesnake, and Great White. They take the stage at 8:30pm on Friday, July 29.

Meet the Entertainer

Lori Kole: Hailing from Manitoba, this small town country girl has been singing since she was six years old. She mixes both old and new classic country hits with a few of her own originals. Kole will perform at 6:00pm on Friday.

Marilyn Olsen (Hypnotist): Marilyn is a certified hypnotist who preforms a clean, fast paced and hilarious show. She preforms on our Heritage Stage at 9:00pm Friday night, 4:30pm & 9:00pm Saturday, and at 4:30pm Sunday.

DooDoo the Clown: For over 25 years DooDoo has been a favorite for families across the board. DooDoo plays at various festivals, fairs, trade shows and private events. DooDoo is well known by adults from the movie Billy Madison and known by kids from the Daniel Cooke Show on Treehouse. DooDoo will be at the Heritage Stage at 2:00pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Lonesome Dove: Lonesome Dove is a Alternative Country band that has a combination of Folk, Bluegrass, Rock & Roots music since 2012. They will be on our Heritage Stage at 9:00pm on Sunday evening.

Little Buckaroo's: The Little Buckaroo's are a fun family event where the kids participate in fun activities. Little Buckaroo's provide kids with courage, pride and self esteem, as well as lots of laughs and plenty of pictures. The Little Buckaroo's will be on the Heritage Stage at 11:30 am, 1:30pm & 3:30pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday and 11:30am, 1:30pm on Monday.

The Puppet Tamer: The Puppet Tamer, Tim Holland, convinces the audience of dangers in taming the ferocious and uncooperative puppets. This improvised on the spot comedy brings lots of laughs to the audience. The Puppet Tamer preforms at 12:30pm, 5:00pm and 8:00pm on Friday, 12:30pm, 2:30pm, 7:00pm on Saturday and Sunday, and 11:30am, 1:00pm on Monday

TC & Company: For the past five years, this five-member band has provided entertainment at the annual Cabaret on Saturday night. Expect classic covers all night long, as these folks guarantee a true country and western experience.

 

2016 Strathmore Stampede Mutton Bustin'

Mutton Bustin' Registration opens Monday, July 18, 2015, at 9am. Registration is first come first serve in office/in person only. Children aged 4 to 6 (birth dates between July 29, 2010 and July 29, 2012) are eligible and you must bring a copy of the child's birth certificate at the time of registration. There are only 30 registration spots available but any other applications received will be placed on a waiting list, these applicants will only be notified by telephone if they have been accepted as a replacement. The child must weigh less than 65 lbs (pounds). Contestants must wear safety-approved helmets, long pants, long shirt, and closed toed shoes.
