Saturday, July 30th, 2016 - Chuckwagons Refund Policy

Heavy afternoon rains and powerful winds had forced a cancellation of the Running with the Bulls and Chuckwagon events on Saturday, July 30, 2016 and the Running with the Bulls event on Sunday, July 31, 2016. These decisions were made based on the safety of all personnel involved. We are running make-up races for the Saturday Chuckwagons on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at 7:00pm at our Stampede Grounds. Tickets will be $20 at the gate and all seating areas including grandstand, infield, or rush will be General Admission (first come first serve.) 

If you would like a refund for your ticket to the Saturday, July 30, 2016 cancelled event you must call our Strathmore & District Agricultural Society office at 403-934-5811, between the dates of August 8th-19th, 2016, during the business hours of 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. We will only offer refunds to those who call during the extended refund period. You must provide proof of your purchased ticket to that event, which includes keeping a copy of your receipt, tickets, and/or wristbands. You will be refunded by the same method of payment you used to purchase your ticket. 

Because of the cancellation of both 2016 Running with the Bulls events, if you would like a $5 discount on the purchase a 2017 Running with the Bulls ticket, please mention the cancellation of the 2016 events when purchasing tickets for next year. 2017 tickets do not go on sale until April of 2017.
